OCR Australia Named Official Australian Media & Distribution Partner, Establishes Australian Team for Championships

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_facebook type=”standard”][vc_column_text]The OCR World Championships (OCRWC), the premier independent world championship for the burgeoning sport of Obstacle Course Racing, announced today a media partnership with OCR Australia, which will establish the leading Australian OCR media outlet and news site as the exclusive provider for all OCRWC related news and content for the Aussie market. Additionally, OCR Australia will also be responsible for developing Team OCRA, a collection of Australian athletes which will represent their country at the OCRWC in October.

“We are proud to partner with OCR Australia as they serve as the Aussie hub for country specific news, media and all things OCR related within the Australian community,” said OCRWC Chief Operating Officer Brad Kloha.

“We’re excited to announce Team OCRA as the Official Australian Team to compete in the OCR World Championships,” said Anthony Bailey, Founder of OCR Australia. The team is made up of athletes who have gone through a qualifying process using the Obstacle Course Racing League’s points and ranking system managed by Bailey and Obstacle Course Racing Association’s Co-Chair, Rina R.Quistadio.

As part of the partnership, OCR Australia will also become the official apparel distribution partner of the OCRWC, allowing athletes to purchase official OCRWC merchandise including Aussie specific products.
