3K Overview

Get ready to run. Engineered for speed, this short course features 15+ obstacles and is guaranteed to leave you breathless at the finish line.

The 3K is engineered for speed with 15+ obstacles and enough elevation gain to make your lungs beg for mercy. If you leave it all on the course, there’s no chance you’ll still be standing after you cross the finish line.

Race results from 1 January 2025 till 31 April 2026 can be used for qualification.

Podium Awards

All 3K athletes receive participant medals. Athletes who complete all obstacles on the course will also receive a commemorative 100% Completion wristband. Podium athletes will receive:

Prizes

Top 3 men and women in the Pro division will receive cash prizes
The winner of each Age Group division will receive free entry to next year’s 3K to defend their title

What race distances are available?

Race distances include a 100-Meter Sprint, 3K, 15K, and Team Relay formats. Qualification is required only for the Pro divisions of the 3K and 15K events. Additionally, a charity Open benefiting our charity partners will be held on Sunday directly after the Team Relay and is open to the public with no qualification necessary.
