10 Tips to Prep for the OCRWC
Get ready for OCR's biggest event with tips from our athletes!
Check out the OCRWC Race Day Program for everything you need to know about checking-in, our code of conduct, course rules, mandatory obstacle completion and more!
Race distances include a 100-Meter Sprint, 3K, 15K, and Team Relay formats. Qualification is required only for the Pro divisions of the 3K and 15K events.
Additionally, a charity Open benefiting our charity partners will be held on Sunday directly after the Team Relay and is open to the public with no qualification necessary.
Can I transfer my spot to a friend?
The OCR World Championships are intended to be a competition between the best obstacle course racers in their respective divisions. As such, transfers of race entries are strictly prohibited. Athletes found to be in violation of this policy may be banned from the World Championship and future OCRWC competitions.
Do I need to qualify to compete?
Qualification is required only for the Pro division in the 3K and 15K events. Please refer to our list of qualifying events for detailed criteria.
