The OCR World Championships are intended to be a competition between the best obstacle course racers in their respective divisions. As such, transfers of race entries are strictly prohibited. Athletes found to be in violation of this policy may be banned from the World Championship and future OCRWC competitions.
Obstacle Course Racing World Championship events are premier athletic competitions. As such, entry fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and may not be deferred to another year.
Refunds, transfers, or deferments of entries are not granted for any reason, including injury, pregnancy, military exercise or deployment, event cancellation and family emergencies.
Athletes unable to compete due to the above reasons or other personal circumstances may defer their qualification status to the following year. The following year’s registration fee is not waived in these instances.
Note: Athletes have the option to purchase optional registration refund insurance through a third party provider during the time of registration. Refunds through this program are only available from this provider and are subject to their policies, terms, and conditions.

Due to our athletes having global lack of access to qualifying races during these difficult times, we have suspended the qualifications for our Age Group division at this time. Should race calendars normalize globally in the months leading up to the event, we will discuss reinstating qualifications for Age Group, only for those athletes not yet registered. Those already registered will be grandfathered in and will not need to retroactively qualify.

We allow changes in divisions (Pro, Age Group, or Journeyman), however, there may be an administration fee in order to do so, plus any incremental costs associated with your new division. Contact us with your request to initiate this process.
