The Bling
  • Whether it’s the free future race entry or the free lunch, there’s always a reward (above the personal satisfaction!) to volunteering.

  • You’re not just earning an OCRWC race code. Your free codes are valid for:

US Open Sprint, Super, Beast, City or Stadion, DEKA FIT, kids, and 10k / 21k / 50k Trail events
Race codes can be exchanged for Spartan global race codes
Race Codes can be exchanged for DEKA Fit, 50% off an Ultra, or any trail distance

The Community
  • For so many people, their favorite part of OCR is the incredible community, and the volunteers make up a huge part of this. Being a volunteer gives the opportunity to spend time with others, including all the racers.

Encourage others & improve the OCR experience
  • It’s not uncommon to find joy in helping others, and volunteering is a great way to do this. Advising runners, shouting encouragement, or even doling out high fives and muddy hugs. And let’s not forget that volunteers are key to OCR. Without those offering their time, the event couldn’t exist.
